What is the return policy?
If you would like to return an item, you may do so upto 14 days after receiving the item. The product must be in
new and resellable condition in original packaging. We will
refund you the purchase price but shipping fees are non refundable. Please contact us
for a return authorization code and instructions on returning your product. Returns without RMA numbers are assessed a 15% restocking fee
and may delay your refund.
What are the shipping fees?
JumboRemoteControl.com has a flat rate shipping policy. All orders are only charged a flat rate shipping amount of $5.95.
Do you offer international deliveries?
